Over 17 years ago, Luciano entered the flooring industry with a passion for hands-on work and a dedication to quality. He earned his license and founded Face of Wood, a company rooted in precision, integrity, and personalized service.

As the business grew, Luciano partnered with Anderson, a seasoned flooring professional known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment. Their partnership was natural, grounded in shared values and a mutual goal: to deliver more than just floors, but spaces that truly feel like home. Anderson, a devoted husband and father of two, brought years of experience and insight, enhancing every project with his personal touch.

A few years later, Carlos joined the team, bringing a lifetime of experience and a deep family legacy in craftsmanship. Learning the trade at just 14 alongside his father, Carlos absorbed the principles of discipline, honesty, and the pride of a job well done. By 17, he had launched his own business and quickly earned a reputation for excellence. Eventually, Carlos partnered with Luciano and Anderson, helping to open the Stuart location and expand Face of Wood’s reach.
